Private room in Family home

Cozy house is in a pleasant neighborhood surrounded by trees a short distance from downtown grass valley. super markets and stores in close proximity. There is nice nature trails including the wild flower trail and the NID trail at the end of Carey Drive. We have a cat who like to sleep in the house at night. There is private parking available on the property or across the street. Guest can have access to a private bathroom but the kitchen and living room will be shared. During your stay I might not always be available to interact but i will be doing house cleaning regularly. I can be more available over the phone so if you have an urgent concern its better to call me. if there is something wrong or unsatisfying about your stay please let me know as soon as you can so I can do my best to improve the space.
