The space Entire unit - completely self-sufficient. Including a full bathroom with tub and shower. A walk-in closet for storage with a full-size washer/dryer and built-in ladder for a storage loft above. Its own private front and back patios. The kitchen has a 5 burner stove, 2 refrigerators, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. The sofa is a pull-out double bed for guests, etc. Other things to note FREE parking pass is provided, but please do NOT drive off with it. The cost to replace it is $150 + $50 to go to the city for the staff to obtain another one. So you will be charged a total of $200. Plus it is the inconvenience of it all, the next guest coming behind you will not have a parking pass and if they get a ticket, it may be charged to you as well.
