Aggressive dog breeds not allowed by HOA. There is no occupancy tax on stays of 31 nights or longer or if you book every night in a calendar month (e.g. February). Make sure you book 31 nites or more, to avoid these city taxes (save estimated $600). A few days before arrival you’ll receive a code for the lockbox and apartment number. Once inside you’ll find more door keys. ASAP put the key back in the lock box. The door can swing shut and if you haven’t put the key back in the lockbox, you could get locked out (it’s happened a few times). Hot Tub is open yr round , but pool in the summer only. You’ll need the code to open gate at pool and hot tub. Find other information about the complex for gates, recycling/trash disposal codes , wi-fi password on the bulletin board in the kitchen. You will have a mailbox key also.
