The Gatehouse, Downtown Holland and Kollen Park!

Right around the turn of the 20th century, The ​Kollen Park ​gatehouse was the welcome center to the Western Gateway of Holland, Michigan! The GateKeeper welcomed ​t​ravelers arriving from the south to the Lake Macatawa Waterfront at Kollen Park and Downtown Holland! Now, we warmly welcome you to the Gatehouse to enjoy all of the wonderful amenities that Downtown Holland has to offer! The space Within just a few blocks walk of this home you can listen to live music​, watch fireworks,​ and ​enjoy ​events all summer long​ right across the street at Kollen Park​! Enjoy sunsets overlooking Lake Macatawa from the back deck all summer long! Walk to breakfast at Deboer Bakery ​just a few blocks away or head toward the lakefront and enjoy live music and food on the ​patio​ at the Boatwerks Restaurant​ just a short stroll through the park​! Continue on with your walk through downtown ​Holland ​and enjoy a plethora of fabulous restaurants, bars, galleries, coffee shops, ​the farmers market, ​and so much more! Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. The garage is used for storage so guests may not park in the garage.
