This fully remodeled mid century cozy 2 bedroom 2 bath cabin is perfectly located for all of Northwest Arkansas’ best attractions! Less than a mile from an entrance to the famous Back 40 trail (40+ miles of single track) and a few minutes from the newly completed Little Sugar trails (50+ miles of single track). Less than 5 minutes from the main highway that takes you into Bentonville and the rest of Northwest Arkansas. The space The house has two outdoor spaces to enjoy! A screened in porch for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful wooded view AND an open air deck with gas fire pit to warm up on those chilly evenings. In addition there are two cozy bedrooms plus a queen size sofa bed, and two full bathrooms - plenty of space for groups up to 6 people. We love coffee! We provide lots of coffee options - traditional drip, keurig, nespresso, pour over, French press, and stovetop espresso.
