Welcome to your home away from home. We are located in a family friendly neighborhood 2 blocks from Goodfellow Air Force Base. Onsite parking and motion censor lights in the driveway. A fully equipped kitchen with adjoining eating area. Our back porch has a BBQ grill, comfortable seating, and lights for evening use. The backyard is fenced and private. Both bathrooms are newly renovated and provide all basic amenities. Comfortable furnishings and beds for a great nights sleep. The space This home has a dedicated work space and high speed internet(1 gig). We have 3 Roku televisions. Living area is comfortable with a full size sofa, love seat, and a chair. The living room is open to the dining area. The dining area will seat 6. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a large meal or just prepare a snack. Variety of spices and oils are available. We offer a Keurig and a drip coffee pot. Ground coffee, filters, K cups, creamer, and sweeteners are provided upon checkin to get you started for a few days. We provide a starter amount of laundry pods, dishwasher pods, dish soap, 2 rolls of paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom. Each bathroom has been updated. We provide a wall dispenser with shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths are all provided. We provide makeup remover wipes (2) as well as make up wash cloths in the master bathroom. We have a lighted makeup mirror available. All of the beds have quality linens and pillows. The outside patio is a favorite of everyone who visits. The party lights are on a timer from dusk until dawn. Perfect place for your morning coffee or to relax with your favorite beverage after a long day. We provide several kinds of bug spray and yard games. Giant Jenga and checkers. Propane grill is also available. We provide 1 disposable grill grate per stay. BBQ tools are under the grill lid and ready for use. On-site parking available. Private driveway with motion detection lights. Dedicated EV charging plug (14-50/240v) outlet. Located near the garage and front door. Weather proof housing will remain locked unless arrangements are made previously. There will be a fee of $10.00 for the first day and $5.00 for every additional day. We will send this to you as an additional fee before arrival. It is not included in the nightly booking amount. Guest access Guests have access to all of the homes living space . We have an owners closet in the hallway that is unavailable to guests and locked at all times. The garage is also locked and not available for use by guests. Other things to note This home is a non smoking property. This means NO SMOKING on the porches as well as the yard. We have listed this in the rules as well. We will charge and extra fee if we find cigarette butts in the home, patio areas or backyard.
