Less than 5 miles to St. Elizabeth Hospital, YSU & Downtown. There is a recently added hot tub, a gym and Mill Creek Park across the street. The house has a new kitchen & bathrooms & 5000sqft of amazing features. Built in 1927, the house has undergone a major remodel. Across the street at Mill Creek Park, there's a waterfall close by and hiking and biking trails. *Please note there are 3 little dogs here, who love attention.* The space Why stay at some place that is ordinary when you can stay at some place that is exraordinary? We constantly update areas in the house to make your stay more comfortable. Each room has air conditioning and heating, a desk or a vanity to do work, a television with a Roku account that gives many channels to watch. Each bed features soft cotton, flannel or linen sheets. This room has a 1920's french twin bed and nightstand that fit perfectly with the age of this house. Furnishings have been carefully chosen to blend with the time period. In addition, the property has a water softening system that filters the water as well as giving you a nice soft shower or bath. Guest access Guests have access to all the common areas of the house. But due to privacy issues the bedrooms are not accessible if you aren't staying there. There is also a courtyard which is considered the designated smoking area with ashtrays and furniture to hang out. The backyard is 2.2 acres and has a tennis court that has seen better days. You are welcome to walk around the yard as much as you like. During your stay I am always around usually working on something. So, if you need something, just ask. When you stay here you are like family. Other things to note The property features over 2 acres of land that guests are free to roam. This home is a non smoking pet friendly home.
