This cabin has 2 Kitchens & 2 BBQ gas grills on 2 different levels. This Cabin has 6 King Beds in 6 Bedrooms ( 3 in Main Level & 3 in Lowest level ) , 2 Twin-Over-Queen Beds in 2 Bedrooms ( 3rd Floor). All 8 Bedrooms have attached bathrooms. The game room ( lowest level ) has 4 Twin-Over-Queen Bunk Beds. This Cabin has total 8 Full Bath & 1 Half Bath. Both the bedrooms in 2nd floor & some bedrooms in 1st floor have their own private balconies. This cabin has wheelchair access to the ground floor which has bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, wet bar, BBQ Grill, Hot Tub etc. including the Mother-in-Law Suite with separate 2nd Kitchen & 2nd Dining. This Cabin has short walk access to Private Fishing Lake near the cabin and the guests can do Free Fishing without any license requirement. Guests love this cabin for proximity to water, impressively beautiful natural scenic rear views, rear-side fishing lake and fountain & its running water sound while enjoying the panoramic outdoor with tall pine trees from rear decks. Other things to note 1) Guests pay the Refundable Security Deposit ($250), Dog Fees , Early Check-in & Late Check-out Fees, Extra Guest Fees and the pre-arrival cleaning Fees to the host directly ( the details are in Cabin Description & Booking Terms ), if AirBnB, VRBO, Expedia, or any other Online Travel Agents don't collect those Fees in their quotes. If booked within 60 days of check-in, all fees are due at booking. Review the owner's complete guest policies. 2) Security Deposit : A security deposit of $250 is needed to make any reservation, which will be charged to the credit card at the time of reservation. The security deposit will be only credited back to your credit card on file after your successful check-out as per our check-out policies within twenty working days ( i.e. about a month ) after the check-out. If you cancel the reservation for any reason, the security deposit & initial deposit is forfeited. 3) Cancellation : Bookings cancelled up to 60 days before the day of check-in will incur a cancellation charge of $500 ( Security deposit & Initial Deposit $250, or whatever payment already made before cancellation day ). Bookings cancelled within 60 days before the day of check-in will incur a cancellation charge of 100% of the booking total, plus the security deposit of $250. All cancellations must be made personally by telephone 2 months before the stay & should be completed with a follow-up cancellation e-mail. For any cancellation after the credit card has been charged for full or any partial rental amount for the stay, no refund will be available. 4) Dog Policy : The Cabin is dog-Friendly, but there is a non-refundable Fee. Dog Fees : -There is a $100 Dog fee for each dog per stay in our cabins for small dogs (below 15 lbs.). For Bigger dogs (15 Lbs. & more ), the fee is $175 for each dog per stay. Typically, we only allow two dogs. On special request, additional dogs may be approved on a case-to-case basis. The third dog fee is $200, & the fourth dog fee is $225 per stay irrespective of size , & the Undeclared/unpaid dog Fee is $250 per dog per stay irrespective of its size. Pet Damage :- For any damage to the cabin by pet , the cost of repair or replacement ( as needed , per sole discretion of the cabin manager ) will be assessed and it will be charged to your card after your departure. Excessive pet hairs, dirt or slobber on the furniture may result in a $100 additional charge. Unpaid-Undeclared Dogs :- We suggest the guests declare & pay for the dogs before check-in. For any undeclared unpaid dog found on the property, $250 will be charged per dog on the card on file. 5) Early Check-Ins & Late Check-Outs : Depending on the readiness of the cabin, you may be accommodated for early arrivals with cabin manager's advance approval. Also, depending on our next booking in the cabin, you may be allowed for late check-out for a few hours with cabin manager's advance approval. However, early check-ins are not guaranteed. The hourly charge for early check-ins & late check-outs is $100 per hour (to be calculated up to the nearest hour ), with a minimum of $200 ( 2 hours ). 6) Smoking Policy : No Smoking Inside :- All our cabins are smoke-free. The guests are NOT AT ALL allowed to smoke inside the cabins. The owners of the cabins are serious about it. The guests may only smoke outside the cabin, but make sure they completely put-off the cigarette ends, and do not throw them into the woods. Violation of Smoking policy may result in additional charges. If the cabin inside smells of cigarette smoke, or if there is any other evidence of smoking inside cabin, a penalty of up to $1000 will be charged to the credit card on file. 7) Lost & Found Policy : Disclaimer : - Neither owner nor the management company shall be responsible for any personal property & stuff that are left behind by guest in the cabin which are not found or recovered in the cabin. We do not save the found items beyond 2 weeks. Return :- On request, the "lost & found" items, if found in the cabin, may be packaged & shipped to the guest with a concierge service fee of $75 per shipping, plus the actual shipping charges. We do not save the found items beyond 2 weeks. 8) Check-In & Check-Out Time Policy: Time Compliance : -The check-in time is after 4 PM & check-out time is before 11 AM. These times are firm to allow adequate time for our cleaning crew to make the cabin ready for our next guests. If the check-out is delayed without prior approval, another night's rent may be charged. If you arrive early without prior information, our housekeeping will leave the cabin without ensuring the readiness & cleanliness of the cabin. There is no refund for early departure or late arrivals for any reason. 9) Property Electronic Equipment Policy : Equipment Tampering :- A $100 fee will be imposed for tampering with electronic equipment, wiring or any other connections that causes a service call. Do not unhook, move, disconnect any electronic or electrical equipment.
