The pavilion has a large wood fireplace and seating area that is available for year round use. In the warmer months, the pool area has a full bathroom and ice machine. Use our 55-foot private dock to attach your own private watercraft, catch some fish, or just chill in the sun. Soak yourself in our 9-person therapeutic spa. Have a PIZZA NIGHT and make your favorite pizzas in the outdoor ALFA ONE pizza oven which is always a great bonding experience with family, friends and co-workers. Enjoy the inside gourmet kitchen ready to serve large groups which includes a Double Oven and Thermador Gas Range top. If its shopping malls you want, the Albany Crossgates Mall is just a 25 minute drive away. Hudson, Catskill, and Woodstock are great towns for a day visit and just a short drive away. Guest access You will have full access to the home except for a portion of the garage and boiler room which is used for personal and maintenance items. Other things to note Pickleball Court - paddles and balls supplied The home is fully stocked with cookware, utensils, linens, and towels. The dock and batting cage are available April thru November. The Hot Tub is available year round. The pool is opened May thru Sept. The pavilion is open 24/7 including all cooking appliances.
