The main living space has vaulted ceilings, a desk work-station, a futon sofa, a dining table, and chairs and a 50” Roku television. The property is fully furnished and includes all utilities and internet. Parking: There is a spot in our back lot for you to use; we also have plenty of street parking in the neighborhood. We have a countertop washer (see photos) and drying rack. In addition, there are numerous laundry services and laundromats nearby that offer wash/fold service. Our favorite local laundromat just a few blocks away. Our apartment is located on the third floor of an old, historic Baker home. The home is 100+ years old and has been converted into a few apartments. You access this apartment via the back gate, through the backyard. This is an older apartment building, and we price it accordingly! Although the apartment is clean, I can’t 100% control if other tenants are smoking. But we try!
