Bay Cove Bedroom 3

Conveniently located on the waterfront across from Charleston Harbor. Incredible Bay and Ocean views from the backyard and nice views from each of the three available bedrooms. Comfortable king bed, and private bathroom. The space The private bedroom 3 features a new king bed, a recliner in the room, and an attached private full bathroom with tub and shower. Our beds have very comfortable new Simmons Beautyrest mattresses with microfiber mattress covers for your protection. Parking is available right outside your door. We provide cable TV, Wifi, coffee/tea and condiments in a shared kitchenette/laundry room in another builidng near a patio with a great bay/ocean view. The rooms are simple and pleasant with a partial bay and ocean view, and the backyard is available for a complete spectacular view. We will direct you to easy bay access involving a 500 foot walk or drive along Cape Arago Hwy, or other easy access to clamming and crabbing within short driving distances. The bedrooms are attached to the owner-occupied house, but have a separate entrance, and shared kitchenette/laundry facilities. There are other bedrooms with another bathroom that are rented separately, and often are occupied at the same time as Bedroom 3. We ask all guests to be considerate of other guests, and try to keep noise levels down, as we strive to provide a quiet, restful, place for all guests. Guest access The Bay Cove bedrooms are simply bedrooms and bathrooms on one wing of a private home. The main house is the owner's residence. There is one step outside the entry door to access the bedrooms. A flat sidewalk leads to a small, mildly-sloping, grass covered backyard and deck that is available for guests to share for enjoying the incredible bay and ocean view. No pets are allowed, and no smoking is allowed in or near the house or other buildings on the property. Guests have access to a shared/common kitchenette/laundry room with a patio and bay/ocean views. During your stay Our interaction with guests is totally dependent on the desires of our guests. We have lived in and loved the area for many years, and we are willing to visit with and share suggestions for local attractions and activities, and assist in any way we can to make our guest's stay more pleasant. If you are looking for privacy in a beautiful and pleasant setting, we will respect your wishes and only the most minimal interaction necessary for your needs will occur. Other things to note Bay Cove Bedrooms are a part of our home. We are a retired couple, and will assist you in any way we can during your stay, and we love to visit with fellow travelers. If you prefer to be totally on your own, you can come and go as you please via a private entrance separate from the main house where we will be living.
