Only 15 minutes from Fort Moore! We provide everything you need to feel at home during your stay. Family-friendly, pets are welcome with a fee. We would love to host you! The space This home offers an unparalleled experience with its massive wrap-around porch. It is the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee or a book. The living room is spacious with high ceilings, sofa bed, chairs, and a large SmartTV. The fully-equipped kitchen has all major appliances and cookware you will need to prepare meals at home. This home features a spacious master suite with king bed and full bathroom that also opens to living room. Upstairs has two additional bedrooms with full-size beds and a half bathroom. An in-unit washer and dryer are also provided. Plenty of street parking in the front or side of the house is available! There is also a shared parking lot in the rear of the property. ****Please note, the house is an old historic duplex, so there will also be guests in the front unit, but it can be rented out together if you want. Regardless, each unit is fully separate**** ***A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request.*** Guest access Guests will have full access to the front apartment. If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment. We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
