Private Entrance Suite Close to VT

Guest suite with private entrance and off street parking located in a quiet older neighborhood. 1 mile walk main street, 2 miles to Lane Stadium. Has a full bathroom, queen bed, couch, TV, desk, table for two, wifi, microwave, coffee, and mini fridge. We can usually accommodate a change in checkout or check in times, please don't hesitate to ask. The space The entrance is in the rear of the home, down some steps and to the left around to the back of the home. This is not a handicap accessible space due to the steps. Please let us know if you have any questions. Coffee and supplies provided via a Keurig. Guest access The outside driveway, gate, steps, and path under deck are used by your host as well but your indoor space is entirely yours with no shared areas. There is a door in your space that is locked from your side and separated by a thick curtain and fan for white noise and leads to the host's laundry, steps, and cat food - please do not enter. Other things to note We have a baby and child that you may be able to hear pattering above in the early morning (around 7am) or during the day (asleep by 8pm).
