Gorgeous designer decorated beachfront Sapphire Luxury Condo rental with magnificent views of the Gulf of Mexico. Condo 1708 is your perfect luxury vacation getaway. Being on the 17th floor, the condo provides amazing views of the Gulf of Mexico, low enough to hear the ocean waves but high enough above the neighboring buildings to have miles of unobstructed view of the beautiful island beach both north and south as well as great Bay views of the fireworks shows and sunsets and Space X. The space This condo is fully furnished to provide you with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each bedroom and the living room have their own smart-TV or TV with FireStick (no cable). Each bedroom has its own ceiling fan and very comfortable mattresses. The master bedroom has king bed with luxurious mattress, 12 foot ceilings and an oversized (10 foot tall) window with a picturesque view of the beach, blackout window treatments, large dresser, accent chair, and large walk-in closet. We provide you with beach/sand toys, beach towels, SPF 50 umbrella, back pack beach chairs, boogie boards and even a wagon to carry it all down the beach. Other items provided are an iron and iron board, board games, book library and high speed Wifi. A washer and dryer are available in the unit in a utility closet and we provide a basic set of laundry detergent and dryer sheets. We also provide paper goods such as napkins, paper towels and toilet paper. Basic toiletries for each bathroom as well as basic spices for the kitchen. We have new non-stick pots and pans (so please use our plastic cooking utensils and nothing metal on them), frittata pan and even an air fryer! We’ve always taken pride in our clean and fresh homes, and we know this is more important than ever. In an abundance of caution, on top of our already rigorous cleaning procedures, our housekeepers have been given an even more robust disinfecting checklist, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and frequently touched surfaces. We are paying an extra fee to add this service which we are not passing on to you. As always, ALL LINENS that touch you are freshly laundered every stay. We have increased cleaning supply orders utilizing CDC-recommended disinfectants. In addition, we have increased the accessibility of hand sanitizers for you and our employees to protect the safety of the community and the building has implemented social distancing standards. We own and manage several waterfront properties in Texas and know exactly what our guests need in order to have a carefree and wonderful stay. You will not get thin and old towels and sheets. We only have luxurious linens for your vacation and we change them out after every season this includes: bath towels, hand towels, face towels and beach towels (enough for 8). The Concierge is a phone call away if you need extra linens. Condo property includes a Texas size whirlpool that sits next to two crystal clear swimming pools that together reach out 300 feet towards the beach – perfect for play or lap swimming. A state of the art fitness center with Cybex equipment, a Movie Theater (seating for 24), a Game room / Teen room equipped with pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, pin ball machines and computers, complimentary WIFI, and a 24 hour Front Desk. It is also one of the few properties in South Texas with 4 Tesla chargers and 1 EV charger conveniently located in a premiere spot in the covered parking garage. Right next door is Schlitterbahnn Waterpark for you and your family to enjoy. Relax at the pool side cabanas and enjoy plenty of pool chaises/chairs--they are on a first come first serve basis so you will need to wake up early for the Cabanas and chairs in the heavy summer season. There is an entrance to the beach through a secure gate, and showers to rinse off all the sand before coming back in. Next door, as part of The Pearl Resort, you will have access to another amazing pool with a swim-up bar as well as a very kid-friendly pool. On premise restaurant is available in case you don't want to venture out of the area. We have been managing waterfront properties all over Texas for the past 7 years all with 5 Star Reviews. That includes The Fitness Center, The Game Room, The Movie Theatre ( you can reserve a time for your private screening with the front desk and choose which movie you want from their list) and of course, the famous Sapphire pool and hot tub. There are plenty of lounge chairs and you can reserve paid private cabanas with the front desk. The Sapphire has a private bridge with access to the beach. The code to the lock on the gate is on the back of your Key Card. We provide you with backpack chairs, a cooler, a sun umbrella, beach toys and even a wagon to carry it all over to the beach. We ask that you please rinse everything off at the outdoor showers by the gate entrance and return everything to where you found it for future guests to enjoy. It is super important that you wear the wristbands they give you when you check in at all times during your stay. Three important notes: First there is a key on a keychain on the living room table. That key opens up your PRIVATE balcony that faces the Causeway & Space X. That balcony also has your private grill (we have BBQ essentials in the kitchen). To get to your private balcony you have to walk out the front door of the condo and walk across the hall directly in front of you. Secondly, no glass is allowed in the pool area. We provide plastic cups for you to use at the pool (as well as lots of comfy beach towels) but please be sure to return them to the condo. Third, you are welcome to walk over to the Margaritaville property and enjoy their restaurants but their pool is private. If you want to hang out at the pool/pool bar you must purchase a day pass at the Margaritaville front desk.
