We are looking for longer term stays and the price reflects that. Short term may be declined or a higher rate may be charged depending on length of stay. Let us know your needs! Feel free to ask any questions. Ideal for folks in town for longer stays. There is Laundry on the property in the basement of adjacent building not in this building. Please inquire about the door code and bring quarters and laundry soap. Laundry should only be done between 8am-8pm only. The space Spacious living room, kitchen and bedroom as well as a bedroom/office area with futon and desk. Guest access Lock box at door Other things to note We are on well water and will occasionally get a sulfur smell. The water has been tested and is very safe. This is a rare occurrence as we have a system in place to eliminate it. Please never flush wipes!!!! And only use Scott brand toilet paper for the septic.
