Villa Cloudbreak is a TWO STORY, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH HOME which is fully AIR CONDITIONED. It is solid concrete with Hurricane/security doors and all of the amenities that go along with a substantial home. Kitchens include: Microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, crock pot, blenders, rice cooker, pots/pans, silver ware, dish ware, and more. Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs has a queen bed and a queen futon and is a modern open concept, sleeps four. Upstairs has a private bedroom with queen bed and a queen futon in the open living room, sleeps four. Families are always welcome. We keep the max occupancy to four for the whole house. We also include: 2 person kayak, cooler, beach chairs. Car rentals: Please contact us for information. Airports: We are in between the North Eleuthera Airport and the Governor's Harbour Airport. We are thirty minutes to either airport. Check with United, Silver Airways, American, and Bahamas Air. There are direct flights from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. Connections from Nassau can be made please call us for assistance. We have made our home an oasis to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, we do not host all inquiries. We require kind and polite dialogue between us and our guests. For this reason we do not participate in instant book. Each home in the Bahamas is unique and we need our guests to follow some simple instructions. Following these instructions keeps your vacation and our home running smoothly. We will gladly share our rental agreement and all instructions prior to your booking. We want you to have a fantastic vacation. We also participate in Value Added Tax of our booking fees. It is a requirement of the Bahamian government. We also hold a Bahamian Business license. These are the requirements for a short term rental. Any rental who does not have the above is not legally operating in the Bahamas. Guests have access to two surf boards, four boogie boards, kayak, coolers, beach chairs. In addition our friends at Surfer's Haven can rent you surf boards, stand up paddle boards, snorkeling gear and adventure tours. They are with in walking distance. We are available by cell phone to all our guests. We personally answer our phones and manage our home. Our local caretaker is close by in Gregory Town to take care of any emergencies or just answer questions. Our home is very quiet and we respect our guests privacy. Surfer's Beach has long been a quiet surf destination for the surfer's in the know. We feel the best location to enjoy this beautiful beach is at the top of the hill where our home is located. We are always cooler and less buggy than any where else at Surfer's. Our porches are to die for. Eleuthera Island Shores is the neighborhood that surrounds Surfer's beach. It is an eclectic community of musicians, artists, expats, surfers and local Bahamians. You can rent a board from a local surf school down the street. The labyrinth of trails out your front door will let you experience the tropical garden atmosphere of Eleuthera. You can see the stars at night. It is not city but country. Our home is your Oasis at Surfer's Beach. It is a great place to start but Holiday Beach, Hatchet Bay and James Cistern also offer some world class surfing within a 20 minute drive. Fishing is a big draw to the island. Both pole fishing and spear fishing can be done at Surfer's or off any beach that you may find down any road off of Queen's Highway. Our biggest catch has been off of Surfer's on a calm day. Eleuthera is the place if you love gin clear blue water, deserted beaches, unusual views and vistas and crazy beach combing. It is not the place for night life, gambling, fancy bars or resorts. We are in an out of the way location. The perfect place to immerse yourself in the raw, natural beauty of the Bahamas. We are located 3 miles from Gregory Town or Hatchet Bay. All stores/shopping are in town. Airports: We are in between the North Eleuthera Airport and the Governor's Harbour Airport.
