Completed in 2014, Villa Cloudbreak boasts beautiful views of the colorful Atlantic Ocean and Caribbean Sea, a 360 degree view of the water. It is lovingly taken care of. The most well appointed home in the area. Our home is a stunning oasis. The perfect place to get away and unplug or begin your adventure. Play hard, get wet, relax, repeat. Our home is a short walk to Surfer's Beach and close to Gregory Town, Glass Window Bridge, Rainbow Bay, Bat Caves, Hatchet Bay Marina, and so much more. The space Welcome to our home. Villa Cloudbreak is a TWO STORY, TWO BEDROOM, TWO BATH HOME which is fully AIR CONDITIONED. It is solid concrete with Hurricane/security doors and all of the amenities that go along with a substantial home. Kitchens include: Microwave, oven/stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, refrigerator, crock pot, blenders, rice cooker, pots/pans, silver ware, dish ware, and more. Sleeping arrangements: Downstairs has a queen bed and a queen futon and is a modern open concept, sleeps four. Upstairs has a private bedroom with queen bed and a queen futon in the open living room, sleeps four. Families are always welcome. We keep the max occupancy to four for the whole house. We also include: 2 person kayak, cooler, beach chairs. Car rentals: Please contact us for information. Airports: We are in between the North Eleuthera Airport and the Governor's Harbour Airport. We are thirty minutes to either airport. Check with United, Silver Airways, American, and Bahamas Air. There are direct flights from Ft. Lauderdale and Miami, Florida. Connections from Nassau can be made please call us for assistance. We have made our home an oasis to be enjoyed. Unfortunately, we do not host all inquiries. We require kind and polite dialogue between us and our guests. For this reason we do not participate in instant book. Each home in the Bahamas is unique and we need our guests to follow some simple instructions. Following these instructions keeps your vacation and our home running smoothly. We will gladly share our rental agreement and all instructions prior to your booking. We want you to have a fantastic vacation. We also participate in Value Added Tax of our booking fees. It is a requirement of the Bahamian government. We also hold a Bahamian Business license. These are the requirements for a short term rental. Any rental who does not have the above is not legally operating in the Bahamas. Guest access Guests have access to two surf boards, four boogie boards, kayak, coolers, beach chairs. In addition our friends at Surfer's Haven can rent you surf boards, stand up paddle boards, snorkeling gear and adventure tours. They are with in walking distance. Other things to note Please make your reservations for your taxi (arrival and departure) or rental car in advance. Have them meet you at your airport. Re-check these arrangements two days prior to your arrival. Nothing happens fast in the Bahamas being well prepared is essential to your vacation. The Bahamas is an English speaking country and all of our correspondence and written directions will be in English. It is essential that we be able to communicate with each other for a well planned vacation.
