Bring your boat (or rent one locally!) to fish and cruise around Key Colony Beach’s pristine waters and enjoy peaceful backyard barbecues under the palms.  Enjoy the evening air on the private patio overlooking the water.  Located steps away from the Cabana Club, guests will enjoy its amenities: Olympic-size pool, pristine beach, bar and snack shack. This half-duplex overlooks the 30' deep water boat dock which provides with quick & easy ocean or gulf access.   Fish cleaning table scaled for 5' catch.   The property is also equipped with an outdoor chest freezer for all of your fishing needs! Key Colony Beach was designed for people who like to walk to restaurants,  shops, golf courses and beaches.   It's a Tropical wonderland for you to explore on foot, bike or boat. Although there is no cable TV, the home is equipped with smart TVs throughout. You will be expected to use your own streaming services. If you have a larger group ask about renting the other side of this duplex: Saltwater Revival North!  Which offers another 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 30 ft. dock. NOTE: There is no private hot tub onsite at Saltwater Revival North or South.  A communal hot tub is offered at the Cabana club Please note that if you plan to travel with a boat, we can only guarantee that one boat will be able to fit at the dock. Please be sure you are familiar with the dock size and do not assume more than one watercraft can be secured at the property during your stay. “Pet Friendly” we only allow dogs of 15 lbs or less and a max of 2 dogs. You are required to select this option when booking your reservation and pay a $150 pet fee.
