Nice room with high ceiling, facing tree lined street, Hardwood floor, and closet space just for you, Bedsheets and towels are included. . . Apartment is a nice 4 bedroom w/ bathroom/kitchen/living space would be shared with other young pros/artist . Bedford Nostrand "s G train stop is 7 mn walk away, 12 mn walk away from Nostrand A/C train stop... The space The rate includes professional cleaning of common areas twice a month, including freezer, fridge, stove , microwaves, counters, full bathroom and all floors in common areas, should you like to get your room cleaned, just talk to the cleaning person and negotiate your personal rate. Guest access key box is an option otherwise I would greed you in person. During your stay i live very close from the apartment, so if you need anything i should be able to handle soon, only Saturday i'm never available . . . Other things to note PLEASE READ CAREFULLY Each guest should be considerate of others at all time. - Be discreet and keep noise/commotion to a minimal. ( specially before 8AM after 10PM) - Thoroughly tidy up after yourselves in all common areas. - Please clean dishes, counter, stove sink and pots as you use, - Make sure you leave bathroom in the same condition as you found it - Do not leave any food out. We would like to remain a pest-free home. - Abide by NYC recycling law, and pay close attention to trash disposal. - No outside visitors or overnight guests are permitted without prior approval from host. - Do not engage in any illegal activities anywhere on the property. This includes illegal downloads/streaming. - Do not go on the fire escape or roof unless in case of an emergency. - Be gentle with our personal belongings such as bedding, cookware, etc. - Damage caused by improper use will result in additional charges. - If you break or damage something, let us know asap so we can arrange for its repair or replacement. - Return all keys. Loss of keys will result in a fee of $20. - House Rules broken will result in additional fees, or a loss of security deposit.
