Up state NY camping near Lake Champlain

27" Travel trailer parked on it's own seasonal lot at Twin Ells Campground in West Chazy, NY. Camper is 100% self contained with a separate sleeping area including a Queen bed. Couch converts to a full size bed. Cost of the site rental is included along with heat, electric, A/C, tv air channels and park WIFI. Your own data plan must be used for streaming. Large fire pit with firewood, picnic table, outdoor seating. Minimum of a 2 night stay required. The space Camper includes two entrances/exits with wooden steps (camper pull out steps are not used) for safety of our guests. Camper has a separate bedroom with a queen size bed (new memory foam mattress with a memory foam topper), a tv and ample closet space. Dining & Livingroom combined has a couch that folds down to a full size bed, dinette seats 4 and can drop to a full size bed. Large tv in living area and stereo with surround sound throughout camper. Separate station for laptop. Kitchen is fully functional with apt size electric refrigerator and separate freezer. Microwave, toaster over, gas stove top with oven and coffee maker. Baking & cooking essentials along with basic condiments. Large supply of DVDs available upon request for entertainment. 1 tent can be setup on the site for additional sleeping areas. Guest access Access to full camper and grounds around the site. Site #90 Other things to note We do allow up to 2 dogs, under 30lbs. There is no fencing so it is your responsibility to keep your pet leashed. Do not leave your pet unattended in the camper for long periods of time. Renter will be responsible for any damages and for cleaning up the yard of your pets droppings.
