Enjoy being steps from the Square! Our upscale townhouse available all year is the ONLY 4 bedroom/3 bath rental in the downtown business district with parking for 5 vehicles. Beautiful accommodations and excellent location, rented by Oxford locals! Our spacious 2500 sq ft guest house is not only comfortable but it is just steps away from Oxford's historic Square. Located behind City Hall on the most residential side of the Square, you can park your car (or all five of them!) in our oversized garage and parking area and forget about them while you're on vacation. You will be a one-minute walk to all the unique stores, restaurants, and bars on the Square and a 10-minute walk to the University of Mississippi campus. Our guest house has 4 private bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, a kitchen, a living room, a dining room AND two balconies within view of the Court House. We provide all linens, towels, a washer/dryer, and basic pantry items to make your stay as comfortable as possible. 4 Bedrooms: ** The bedroom downstairs has a Queen bed and is located next to a full bathroom. ** The master bedroom upstairs has a King bed, an HD TV, a large walk-in closet, and private bathroom with a shower/tub and sink. The master also has a private covered balcony with a view of the Square. ** The green bedroom upstairs has a King bed and an HD TV and shares a bathroom with the yellow bedroom. ** The largest bedroom, the yellow bedroom upstairs has a King bed and an alcove area for a pack-n-play or twin blow-up mattress (both are provided). It is located next to a full bathroom. 3 Full Baths: **1 Bath downstairs **2 Baths upstairs All bathrooms have a sink and shower/tub combo. Living Room: Enjoy watching the game on the large HD TV. AT&T Uverse TV and Wireless Internet are provided. The living room includes two couches (one is a sleeper sofa) and three chairs. The living room is open to the dining room and has French doors to the balcony. Kitchen: The kitchen has an oven/stove, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and washer/dryer. We have stocked the kitchen with dishes, cooking utensils, and some basic pantry items to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Dining Room: The dining room is open to the living space and seats 6. Balcony: The deck off the living room is spacious enough for your dinner party with seating for 14 and a view of the Square. Garage: The garage can park up to 2 vehicles. It is accessible through a private driveway that can accommodate another 2 or 3 vehicles and is adjacent to a free city parking lot. Location: We are the ONLY 4 bedroom townhouse in the downtown business district, and we also offer ample private parking. The location right behind City Hall is excellent! Leave your car and walk nearly everywhere you need to go. We're also a one-minute walk to a bus stop. Our Business: East Jackson Guest House is a small, family-run business owned by Oxford locals. We take great pride in providing a comfortable place for guests to stay in such an excellent location. We are not satisfied if you don't love staying in our townhouse so much that you never want to stay anywhere else when you visit Oxford! You will have access to the entire 2,500 sq ft interior, as well as a private garage and two balconies within view of the Court House. The balcony off the living room seats 13 people and is partially covered. The upstairs balcony is located off the master bedroom and is covered. Our guest house is a family-run business operating 365 days a year, and we enjoy working with our guests to answer any questions about our accommodations. We're also Oxford locals, so we can give you all sorts of tips about the things you should do while you're here. East Jackson Guest House is located in the downtown business district on the most residential side of the Square. You will be closer to the Court House than some of the Square's shops and restaurants! Almost all attractions are within walking distance. The grocery store and area highways are just a 5-minute drive away. You'll enjoy the convenience of staying on the Oxford Square so much that you won't want to leave! The OUT bus system runs routes throughout downtown Oxford and the Ole Miss campus. One of the stops is located a one-minute walk from our guest house.
