We provide all the amenities from home so your vacation is simple to plan,relax, fun and easy to enjoy. We want you to have unforgettable time with your family and friends at our home away from home The home sleeps ten and has 3 bedrooms plus “loft” Two bathrooms with showers , kitchen and living room. - MAIN LEVEL ( no steps to the house) *kitchen with island ,fully equipped with Keurig and regular coffee maker for coffee lovers. *bathroom with shower *living room overlooking the patio and lake with wood burning fireplace, two sofas & arm chair, hi speed wifi router, Tv ( smart and cable),bar seating area *master bedroom with one queen size bed -SECOND FLOOR * two bedrooms, bathroom with shower, loft and laundry *lake side bedroom (queen size bed) *front bedroom ( two queen beds) TV (smart and cable) and closet with washer and dryer *loft ( one queen bed) for privacy reasons please be advised the “loft” is of hallway and do not have doors ( privacy curtains only) -OUTDOOR SPACE *overlooking the woods and beautiful Lake Wallenpaupack has private built in hot tub with gazebo( water in hot tub is always replace after each guest visits), seating area, two lounges , table with chairs and umbrellas , gas grill ( we provide gas) -FIRE-PIT * overlooking the lake. Please be advise wood is provided but some logs are big and might be wet and hard to burn , you might consider to bring your own for your convenience. Ax is provided -DOCK ON THE LAKE * is all yours for fishing, swimming, kayaking, boating or just simply relaxing and enjoying amazing views , boats and yachts passing by. -BOAT * you can rent one from the owner( us)or local marina. For more info about discounted boat rental please contact me directly You can bring your boat and park at the dock for add fee - KAYAKS * four kayaks are available for use during the warm season for no additional fee. Guest must be able to place them on the water and bring them back to the kayak stand We want you to be completely comfortable here and our goal is to make your stay MUCH BETTER THAN EXPECTED from start to finish! Guest access Entire house, property and dock on the lake it’s all yours during your stay. We provide linens and towels ( two for each bedroom), dish cloth, one roll of paper towel, toilet papers,dishwasher fluid, hand soap and shampoos Water in hot tub is always replace after each guests! For summer weekly rental we might be able to provide access to community amenities. Three pools with water slide. Two outdoor in summer ,one indoor in winter, sauna, gym , kids playground, picnic area beach,game court( pool tables , games, tennis, basketball, handball, ice skating in winter) Two snack shops are open in summer season Please be advise that dock does not go into the water until late April,early May and is taken out in late September early October ( depends of the weather condition) Outdoor hot tub is available all year round. Hot tub is drained , sanitized and refilled with fresh water after each guests stay.
