The guest/game house has a play room with a wet bar, pool table, ping pong, soccer table, cards table and sauna. An additional spacious bedroom is on the second floor overlooking the surroundings, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 10. Outdoor amenities include a tennis court, a swimming pool, a Hot Springs Grande hot tub and an outside fire pit. We also have a huge Weber gas BBQ, a Summit, and we provide the propane! The property includes several miles of private trails and are great for hiking and bird watching. We have recently upgraded the internet! The pool is open from mid-May to mid-October, and heated from mid-June to mid-September, weather depending. We heat the pool up to 82 to 84 degrees, which is the maximum our equipment can support. The home has a newly-installed generator that powers the home in the event of an outage! We have also installed central air conditioning throughout the estate.
