The comfortable sofa and side chairs in the living room offer the perfect front-row seat for any game-day enthusiast. Running the entire width of the villa, the covered veranda beckons you with an irresistible invitation to come sit and unwind…leave your laptop…turn off your phone…just come sit and relish some ‘me’ time. The master bedroom offers an equally superb water view, a king bed, a flat-screen TV, and an impressive ensuite with a swank spa tub, glassed shower, and separate water closet. The guest bedroom offers two queen beds and a flat-screen TV. This bedroom also has a full ensuite bath. Bedroom 1: Master bedroom, king-size bed, overlooks the marina. Bedroom 2: 2 queen-size beds, full 4pc ensuite bathroom We’ll leave the lights on for you…hurry ‘home’. 3-7 night minimum stay requirement varies by time of year. No arrivals on Christmas Day. Guest access CHECK-IN TIME: 4:00 P.M. CHECK-OUT TIME: 10:00 A.M. We MUST receive your Guest Registration Form and your Photo ID in advance of your arrival. On the day of your arrival, you will receive your check-in instructions and door code. Your door code will begin working at 4:00 PM. If the unit becomes available earlier, we will notify you by text. To ensure personal assistance, it is very important that you arrive during business hours, as we do not have 24-hour staffing. We are open daily 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, closed for lunch from 12-1, and on major holidays. During high season, check-in time may be delayed. Rate adjustments will not be made for late arrival or early departure. If you choose to arrive outside normal business hours and are unable to access the lockbox, your rental accommodation, or are otherwise unable to utilize our rental for that night for any reason, you must make alternate arrangements at your expense.
