Two of the bedrooms have two separate twin beds; the 3rd bedroom is located in a 3 season porch and has a twin daybed and pull out twin trundle. There are two 2nd floor decks, one off the dining room and the other off the great room. The top floor consists of a luxurious large master suite with en suite full bathroom. Master suite has a queen bed, a twin daybed with pull out twin trundle and its own TV. Just outside the master suite is a private balcony/reading nook that overlooks the great room. Allston Place has a wonderful fully fenced private backyard complete with patio table, loungers, and a gas grill. A digital key pad on the front door of the home allows for easy access; each group gets their own secure 4 digit code--no keys to worry about! We live about 5 miles away so can be available quickly should any questions or issues arise. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service, and a strong sense of urgency. We generally say hello to guests within a few hours of check in, then you will not see us again unless requested or there is an unexpected issue. Fabulous location just minutes walking to either 1st (Eastons) beach or 2nd (Sachuest) beach, and the famous Newport Cliff Walk. One mile to the center of Newport, one mile to Bellevue Ave with the Newport mansions. Easy walk to park, Atlantic Grill, Tickets sports bar, Flo’s Clam Shack, local surf shops, Empire Coffee and many other restaurants. Our neighborhood is very centrally located between the two most popular local beaches, both of which you can walk to. There are numerous other amenities within walking distance as well. Many nice walks right from our home. Local Ubers or taxis are available if desired. Quick few minutes drive into downtown Newport.
