Our little Farmhouse offers 960 Sq Ft of light and bright living space. It has 3 bedroom and 1.5 Bathrooms. It will comfortably sleep 6 adults. Along with our cozy home you will have access to the all outdoor space with the most Incredible Sunrises and Sunsets around. Sit on the front Porch and enjoy a cup of coffee while you watch the sunrise and you can smell the fresh lavender field out front. Enjoy and Relax We have a unique home on Greenbluff. When we first arrived we started to see all of these amazing wedding venues but noticed a lack of accommodations for the bridal parties and guests. Our hope to to give a place of rest and relaxation for bridal parties. I’m always available via text or message through Airbnb, we live in the shop next door so am happy to help if we are there We live in an incredible location here in North Spokane called Greenbluff. There is always something to do on the bluff. From the Spring to the Fall there is always produce growing on the bluff. We are lucky enough to be at the heart of Greenbluff so here at Ivory and Oak you can take a stroll to just about any of the farms. We are located just North of Spokane Grocery store ( Yokes) 4 Miles Pizza ( Colbert Trading Post) 3 Miles Gas ( Maverick) 4 Miles Target 7 miles Mt Spokane Ski Park 20 Miles Spokane Airport ( GEG ) 23 Miles *We do have a lavender farm that will be harvested and a Upick available during certain summer weekends. * Trezzi Winery is a wedding Venue across the street and will on occasion have events that from outside you can hear. It is subtle and music is off by 9pm if an event is happening. * We live in the shop next door , but there is a privacy fence that separates the two living areas… the backyard is for your use only. We have our own yard area on the other side of the fence. Please also note it is a shared driveway but we have a seperate parking area.
