STR #200473 Our bit of Heaven is a 5-bedroom, 3 bath home in the Heart of Lake Placid. Just behind the Olympic Arenas you are a short walk to main street shops, restaurants, public beach, public tennis courts and all the area has to offer. The main level has an open living room, dining room and kitchen, Master bedroom with private bath and radiant in-floor heat, bedroom with 2 Twins, bedroom with Queen plus bathroom in the hallway. Fireplace is not in use yet. NO EVENTS The space The lower level has a den with large screen TV, bedroom with Queen, bedroom with 2 Twins, bathroom and game room with pool table. This is the perfect house for friends and family to come, relax, sit around the fire pit and enjoy a taste of the Adirondacks. All TV's are smart televisions with YouTube included. Other things to note If traveling in the snow, we highly recommend having a 4 wheel drive vehicle. The road will be plowed as well as the driveway, but winters in the Adirondacks are beautiful but can sometimes be unpredictable! RECORDING DOOR CAMERA ON FRONT ENTRANCE FOR GUEST SAFETY We work hard and play hard so we need our rest. There are strict limits on noise levels between 9:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Ordinances will be enforced by any law enforcement agency with jurisdiction over the short-term rental property. A violation of this ordinance will result in termination of the contract. Q. Yes, all the beds have linens, blankets, comforters and towels in the bathrooms at the property for your use. Q. Are paper products, soaps and other household supplies included? Yes, the property is furnished with a start-up supply of paper and soap products. This includes paper towels, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, garbage bags.. Q. Are pets permitted? A. No Q.
