On the main floor, the kitchen, dining, and living room create an open spacious area, where the whole crew can hang loose together. This space spills out onto an oversized deck offering tons of outdoor space occupied with a gas grill for after beach eats. Two chill bedrooms, rocking queen beds and TVs with Netflix, provide comfy spots to crash. The main bathroom and a full-size washer & dryer are conveniently located on this level too. The entire third floor is where the master retreat awaits. It's a spacious oasis with a king-size bed, TV with Netflix, private bath, and even a private balcony. Need a break from the action? The separate living area offers primo space to chill on the sofa, watch some tube, or catch up on your surf diaries. The first-floor bedroom, aka the game room, is a total paradise for kiddos. With a space of their own, where kids can be kids, the littles won't complain when it's time to leave the beach for the day. Equipped with a smart TV, Xbox, and a table for rad board games and coloring sessions, it's the ultimate spot for kids to get their game on. With a queen bed and twin bunk beds, there is plenty of place to sprawl out. We've loaded the Surf Castle with killer extras to make it feel like your home away from home. Inside there's a plethora of boards games, a shelf of books, and even some toys. For outside, we've got beach chairs and umbrellas for primo beach hangs, coolers to keep your bevvies icy, sand toys for building epic castles, pool floats for maximum relaxation, beach towels, beach bags, and more. And for families with babies, we've got you covered with 2 baby gates for the stairs, a pack n play, and a booster seat for dining. One thing that I like to let all guests know before booking, is that even though Florida is the Sunshine State, we also get tropical storms and sometimes lots of rain. When this happens, our little island and parking lot can experience some flooding. This has not prevented visitors from getting around, but you may get wet toes when you splash through water in the parking lot. Although this only happens a handful of times a year, I like to let my guests know all possibilities before booking, so that there are no surprises. NOTE: If you're planning to ride the waves with your own boat/vessel and need to park it in our boat slip, make sure to shoot us a message before booking. We can accommodate boats up to a max of 22 feet, as long as you can provide proof that they are properly insured and registered. Safety first! The guests will have sole access to the entire unit. The townhome complex is called Buena Vida. Our community is about 50% fulltime residents, so we are a quiet family friendly place. Our complex has a large community pool, small private beach, fishing dock, and a tennis court available for all guests. Our complex is right at the start of the island only 2 blocks to the pier and restaurants. Also, we are also only 2 blocks from the Navarre Marine Nature and Science center. We have several bikes in the garage. Enjoy riding over to the pier and restaurants or take a longer cruise down the island on our bike friendly boardwalk. When booking, you'll notice a "Property Use Tax". This is a mandatory 5% tourist tax collected for Santa Rosa County.
