New King Platform Bed on main level (bedroom 1), Bedroom 2/3 offers Two Beds with King/ DB size beds on upper level, tandem, with an en-suite full bathroom with double sinks. There is also a sofa bed in living room and laundry room in basement. We do not live in the home but are close by to address any questions or issues that may arise. Must walk up 5 steps to enter home. Home recently had a full renovation including Hardie Board exterior architectural siding, new roof, windows, HVAC, bathrooms, flooring and paint.
