We are located right in the heart of the Four Corners area, whether your interests lie in Mountains or Desert we are your destination of choice. Located just outside of Cortez we offer convenient access to National Parks & Monuments, local wineries, Ute Mountain Casino, biking, skiing, fishing, hiking, dining & shopping. The space Please read the first 3 paragraphs carefully and ask any questions you may have prior to booking. To cover your safety concerns I would like to share that our cleaning has always exceeded expected standards. We wash and dry all fabric items for each visit. In addition, all pillows are ran thru the dryer at a high temperature. We air out the trailer and clean with germ killing products. While we have met our guests in person in the past, we respect your wishes. We will be happy to meet you or offer information on how to check in yourself. After booking, Please advise us how you prefer to check in. If you have any concerns please do not hesitate to reach out. We currently have 2 trailers on our property that we have listed on AirBNB (For larger groups please see our other listings). The trailers are located in the same area but each have their own cooking and hanging out areas. Keep in mind you are renting a 16’ trailer so your space is somewhat limited. If you are over 6’ tall you will be to tall to fit comfortably. In addition, the bathroom is small (33x24) and you must walk in a narrow space to access it (30”). For your enjoyment we have renovated a 16’, 1963, Fireball. Whether you're looking for a base for your outdoor adventures or interested in hanging out and glamorous camping with your girlfriends our space will fit your needs. We are located a short driving distance out of Cortez but are close enough to take advantage of all amenities. For your convenience we are offering a kitchen set up indoors where you will have the use of a coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven and a small refrigerator. We will also have coffee & tea available. We do have running water inside the trailer but for hot water you will need to use the outdoor kitchen. For your private use we have built an outdoor kitchen located just outside your door. There you will find additional living space as well as a full kitchen set up including a grill. We are also working on several different lounging / dining spots throughout the property so if you are social distancing there is plenty of room for that. Our large back yard provides plenty of grass and shade for an additional place to relax after your day of adventures. We have a stand alone air conditioner in this trailer but it isn’t doing much to cool the trailer during the day. If your hanging out during the day we have a lot of grass and shade that will be more relaxing for you. Our nights here are cool so with the windows open (air conditioning on) we think you will sleep comfortably. Upon request we are happy to provide some outdoor games. We have plenty of space for parking. Guest access You will have the entire 16’ trailer as well as a outdoor cooking space located just outside your camper. This is a full kitchen set up. You and your party will also have access to a large backyard and several different spots around the property that you can use to hang out. These spots are on a FCFS basis. Other things to note Be sure and read our instructions to our home under directions. If you push the google maps inside this program it will take you to the wrong address north of town. We are located SOUTH! We have been unable to get tech services to fix this. Based on a commitment we have one day of the week we scheduled check in at 4 p.m. if you would like to check in earlier please let us know. Most days we can accommodate this. We are as flexible as we can be with check in and check out. You may be able to check in early/check out late on a case to case basis.
