Cozy Modern Detached 1br Guest House, close to DT

Detached Guest House that is on the same property of the main house. It is private, safe, and cozy 1br features a "Casper" queen bed. The living room features a twin-sized sleeper sofa, smart TV, and high-speed WIFI. Self-check-in with a keypad, for contactless and flexibility in arrival. Tesla EV charger also available to share For a more personalized experience, we kindly ask our guests to share the reason for their visit at the time of booking. Dogs are allowed with pet fee The space 400 sq foot 1 bedroom detached in-law above garage. It is a cozy space, comfortable for two people, but can sleep up to 3 if needed. Eco-friendly products are mainly used to clean and stock the unit. The place is detached from the main house and on the 2nd floor above the garage, tons of privacy when you are in the unit itself. Tons of natural sun light highlights the unit . The guest house is entered through our driveway and the entrance is in our backyard courtyard. The backyard courtyard is a shared space so you may see us. Note the guest house is within 25 ft of the main house. It is also above the garage where we will open the garage on average 2x to open and close it. We use the garage to take out my daughters outdoor toys or we workout in there during non-quiet hours. The garage will only be open/closed during non-quiet hours only. Full kitchen with all brand new stainless steel appliances you need stove, oven, dishwasher and microwave, but fridge/freezer is not full size. We provide basic cooking supplies and cookware . We have a twin sleeper sofa and can have 2 adults and a child, but it's a small cozy guest house, so please be aware, it fits 2 people well but very right for 3. Keurig coffee maker with a variety of pods, sugar,creamer. Smart TV and High speed WiFi in the guest house . EV charger available for use, but need to message host on when to reserve time to charge. Please message me if you are bringing a cat, possible with a higher pet fee. Dog Policy: - Pet Fee determined by number of dogs - $25 Pet fee per dog - Your dog should be friendly and house trained - You will be charged for any damages caused by your dog - Dogs must be leashed when outside on the property - Dogs are not allowed on furniture - Limit of one dog. An additional dog may be considered on a case by case basis. Guest access The in-law suite is above the detached garage. There is a separate door from the garage on the outside that leads to the guest house. The door is located on the left and in our back courtyard that is a shared space. If you have young children, feel free to have them play with any outdoor toys. Contactless Check-in with your own check in code emailed to you a few days before check-in. Other things to note - Guests and visitors street parking on park side only. - No smoking/vaping allowed inside or on the property. - No parties or events. - We allow 1 well behaved/house trained dog. Maybe 2 Dogs depending on the size. please use front yard for bathroom breaks and must be leashed when outside. Dogs are not allowed on the couch or bed. Quiet time after 10 p.m until 8 am. - Doors & windows should be closed when running Heat or A/C. -Make sure to turn off the lights, air conditioning, and any electronics when you leave the house. Don’t forget to close the windows and lock the downstairs door. -Report any damages and/or breakages in a reasonably timely manner. -Wash the dishes or place them/run the dishwasher , and throw out the garbage before checkout. - If you are local, we will need to know why you are staying at our house
