You are renting the Downstairs of our home. This home has been on Air BNB for over 4 years and has nearly 200 excellent reviews. No one will be upstairs so the home is yours but we will have the upstairs locked. We done this for a couples special. Our home is right off the BRP near wineries, golf courses & trails. Relax on the back deck that feels like a tree house or lay in front of the logs in the living room. The kitchen is totally equipped to cook a full meal or grill out on the back deck. The space You will have access to the downstairs of the home. This includes a bedroom with a king bed, a full bathroom with tub/shower combo, the living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry closet, and the outside of home. The upstairs of the home will be locked. Guest access Everywhere but the upstairs part of the home. The upper 2 bedrooms will be locked and the upstairs bathroom. You can rent the entire home as well but this listing is a special price for couples for the downstairs. Message me if you are wanting the entire home and can’t find the listing. Other things to note You are renting the downstairs part of the house. No one can book upstairs while you are there. This is a duplicate listing just to allow rental of the bottom portion at a lower rate for couples. You will have access to everything but the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom.
