Rated one of the ten best island beaches in USA. About 90-minutes from NYC by train or car, then it is just a 25 minute relaxing ferry boat ride to Fire Island. Less than a ten minute walk to house once arriving to the island. Car free island, only bicycles. A safe place for children. The space With cathedral ceilings and lots of glass facing the ocean, you drawn to the outside environment. What beats falling asleep listening the ocean waves breaking the shoreline. Guest access The entire house (except for ladder access to an upper area to owner's personal storage) Other things to note Guests must bring their own soap, shampoo, detergent, paper towels. Toilet paper and some cleaning supplies are at house. UPDATE COVID-19 For the safety of my guests and neighbors staying at my house, I have added some precautionary rules as follows. All guests staying at the property will need to be tested for COVID-19. No visitors within the last 48-hours of rental. OTHER 1. There is a minimum 14-day rental summer July-August period (Please ask for a 7-day rental for sometimes they are available in the summer). Other times there is a 7-day minimum. 2.
