Still Waters is a luxury waterfront tiny home created and inspired to bring rest, restoration, and re-connection for your soul. Escape into nature while lounging on one of the spacious decks or sitting around the campfire while admiring the beautiful sunsets or gazing at all the stars. The tiny home sits on 1 acre with large trees encompassing the home with lake access to canoe, kayak, or fish. This is the perfect place to slow down, unwind, and enjoy the beauty of nature all around. The space GENERAL INFO: Still Waters is a 400 sq ft tiny home located in a luxury tiny home community called Water's Edge Retreat. This is the perfect home for individuals, couples, young families, girls get-away, honeymooners, weekend-ers, and those looking to escape the busyness of life and be in nature. Still Waters is a waterfront property located on 1 acre surrounded by a canopy of trees. * CHECK IN & CHECK OUT * -The check-in host will reach out to you prior to your reservation for further check-in requirements and to set you up all for your check-in. We cannot guarantee early check-ins since there may be another guest checking out on the same day, but we can let you know on the day itself if it is available. NO late check-out is available due to same day check-ins. * QUIET HOURS AFTER 10 PM * Please be respectful to our neighbors and try to keep noise down after 10 pm! *The home is intended for guests and family stays not for large parties or events. Please read the Airbnb rules and policy's applying to parties and events* Sleeps up to 8: Private Master bedroom with queen bed Bunk beds in the hallway King bed in upstairs loft (2nd bedroom: must be able to climb steps to access loft) Pull-out queen sofa bed in living room KITCHEN: The tiny home is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen including an electric stove/range. Also, included is a mini keurig, regular coffee pot and filters, blender, toaster, and all your cooking necessities. OUTDOORS: Enjoy sitting on the private deck right outside the private master bedroom or the large deck with dining table, outdoor furniture, and grill looking out at the water. You will also have access to the fire pit, hammock, and BRAND NEW HOT TUB nestled in between the trees on the property. Please note that the community is still under construction in some areas. Guest access Entire house and property. Other things to note HOT TUB DISCLAIMER FOR STILL WATERS TINY HOME Please keep in mind that hot tubs are a very dynamic appliance. When you check-in, your hot tub has been cleaned. We have tried to become more eco-friendly by not having the hot tub run on a consistent basis. This also prevents skin irritations or infections due to unclean hot tubs. Please follow the steps below when using the hot tub: 1. Remove the Hot Tub cover and place against the deck railing. 2. Keep the Floater in the Hot Tub at all times 3. It is recommended that you shower before and after each use 4. Minimum age for unsupervised use of the hot tub is 14 and minimum age for supervised use of hot tub is 5 years. 5. Maximum number of persons in the spa is 5. 6. Maximum safe spa temperature is 102° or less. 7. Jets and lights must be turned off while spa is not in use and set temperature at 90 when finished using spa. 8. Must replace spa cover and latch cover clips after each use and lock each latch with key. 9. Absolutely no pets allowed at any time. 10. Absolutely no eating, no smoking, and only drink water from plastic cups only 11. Do not use spa if pregnant or hypertensive (high blood pressure) 12. Do not use spa if under the influence of drugs or alcohol 13. Do not use spa if water looks poor, smells bad, or without pump running 14. Notify management of any equipment failure or water problems 15. Use at your own risk. Tenant agrees to hold the owner harmless for any injuries and is responsible for any damage to equipment, spa cover or spa surfaces. If you fail to maintain proper hot tub etiquette during your stay, the rental company will not be held responsible for injuries, skin irritations, or infections due to hot tub misuse. At no time will the rental company be responsible for injuries from hot tubs which have been used by children. If you are unable to follow the rules and guidelines above, there will be a $150 charge for improper use. We will do our best to maintain the spa & for it to be available for our guests to use during their stay, but we cannot control when repairs need to be made or maintenance upkeep requires us to not allow guests to use it during their stay.
