Located conveniently between downtown Corning and Big Flats, NY. Clean, private, single story house. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms, full kitchen, dining area, sitting room/office space and furnished living room, wifi included. Three single air mattresses also available if needed. Sleeping bags are suggested for guests using the air mattresses. Our house is two miles from Guthrie Corning Hospital and driver/pitching wedge from Corning Country Club. You will have the whole house. Two bedrooms have double beds. One bedroom has two single beds. A portable crib/playpen is also available. There is space for air mattresses in the two larger bedrooms and living room . The air mattresses can also be comfortably used in the sitting room/office space. A battery powered pump and a hand pump are available. Parking space can comfortably accommodate 2-4 medium sized cars. Quiet residential neighborhood just two miles from Guthrie Corning hospital. Pots and pans are provided. Kitchen plates, bowls and flatware is provided for up to ten. Glasses and coffee cups are also provided but you may want to consider plastic or paper cups for larger groups. There are paper plates and some plastic ware as well. Basic spices, salt/pepper peppercorns and roasted garlic.
