Our home is centrally located in a highly desirable neighborhood in West Sedona. If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful home to relax with your family or friends then this is the place for you. It is a short walking distance to national forest trails such as Thunder Mountain, Tea Cup, Chimney Rock and Sugarloaf for hiking or biking. We are also close to the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park. Grocery stores, shopping, dining, art galleries, spas and a movie theater are also nearby. Our home is 2000 square feet with a 3br/2ba split floor plan that boast great red rock views. It has been recently renovated and freshly painted. The en suite master bedroom is spacious and private with a king bed, a separate reading area and a large TV. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has a king bed. The second bathroom is a tub/shower combo that has been completely updated. There are two twin pull out chairs in the common area. The house is one level/no stairs with high-speed WiFi, cable TV in all the bedrooms, full size W/D with laundry soap, a pack and play for infants, board games. There is a ice chest and a picnic blanket if you choose to picnic in one of our beautiful surrounding areas. We really love the West Fork Trail area for our picnics. There are also beach towels available if you choose to go to Slide Rock State Park, which I highly recommend. We have 4 yoga mats available for your use. There is convenient parking for 2 cars in the driveway. There is one Ring camera located at the front door for security purposes. The backyard space has fabulous red rock views with outdoor seating at a table for 6. Enjoy the red rock waterfall for your peace and tranquility. A propane BBQ is available as well. Some suggestions for day trips would be to Jerome and Flagstaff both of which are 30 minutes away. We are 2.5 hours away from the Grand Canyon or if you’d like to take a train ride to the Grand Canyon, you can go to Williams which is 1.5 hours away and take the Grand Canyon Railway. We are located in a quiet, residential neighborhood at the base of Thunder Mountain in West Sedona. This is a family/retiree neighborhood. The only thing I ask of my guests is to please respect my neighbors privacy and peace. Please no loud noise after 9PM. Sedona is known for its Dark Sky Community so it is very dark when the sun goes down. PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. THERE WILL BE A $500 fine if you have a party at my house. No pets please. Thank you.
