Check-out process: take trash/recycling out to bins, turn off all lights and thermostats, empty all ashes into provided receptacle. We offer our guests a convenient self check-in process. As such, you certify that you are able and willing to follow all instructions and rules that have been provided herein. We are a pet-friendly house and will allow 2 pets (cats & dogs) weighing a maximum of 35 pounds each. If you have another type of pet, please inquire regarding feasibility with host during booking. Exceptions can be authorized on a case-by-case basis. Under no circumstances are pets allowed on the furniture and particularly in the bedding. Evidence discovered of pet hair in the bedding will result in additional $75 dry cleaning fee. Please don't leave pets unattended at any time. Should there be any damage caused by your pet/pets, you agree to report all incidents to host, clean up and assume financial responsibility. No smoking, vaping, electronic smoking devices, or use of any tobacco in the house. You agree to assume financial responsibility for the professional cleaning of damages caused by second hand smoke, seen or unseen. Use of illegal controlled substances, firearms and incendiary devices (fireworks, flare guns, explosives, etc.) will not be tolerated and will be reported to law enforcement. Occupancy in any part of the dwelling shall be limited to the number of guests disclosed in booking. You certify that the number of guests accompanying you is accurate and true. You understand that failure to abide by this rule can lead to the early termination of the agreement and your immediate removal from the property without a refund. All guests agree to adhere to any and all community guidelines physically posted or written in plain view throughout the community.
