The space This is our 1 BEDROOM / 1 BATH condo that sleeps 5 comfortably. This condo has the perfect touch of Music City decor that'll have you feeling like you're definitely on Nashville’s famous Music Row! This is perfect for those who want to be in the heart of Nashville's vibrant history, entertainment + local attractions! Bedroom 1: Two Queen Beds (sleeps 4) Common Area: Twin cot MAIN: The kitchen opens up into the living room. The kitchen has all the appliances essential to cook a meal. The living room has a very Nashville vibe with various guitars on the walls & a cozy feel for you to relax & enjoy while watching one of your favorite shows. BATH: There is a double sink vanity & standing glass shower. Each having their own door for more privacy while getting ready. The condo will be professionally cleaned before you arrive. We provide shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, garbage bags, one roll of paper towels, 2-3 rolls of toilet paper & laundry detergent. There are fresh towels in the bathroom, as well as extra blankets & pillows. The WiFi network & password will be on the Welcome Note on the counter. PARKING: Covered parking provided on the premise with the included parking pass. This pass must be on the dash of your vehicle at all times. One parking spot per condo. Additional street parking is available right across the street in front of the condo complex. Guest access All our listing information is accurate and up-to-date. Upon booking, you’ll receive timely communications regarding your stay. Guests will have access to the entire 1 bedroom condo. Each guest is given their own unique key code the day of arrival for easy, seamless access to check-in. Our keyless entry offers guests a higher level of security & more convenience not having to meet me for check-in/exchange keys at any certain time.
