We have access to a pool for guests of the complex, and the park across the street has courts for pickleball or tennis, a boat ramp, and a gazebo overlooking the water. Treasure Island is just around the corner! WiFi, cable TV, and a TV in the bedroom for streaming your favorite channels are included. In the bedroom there is a walk-in closet and a view of the private landscaped patio. There is a sofa bed and a queen-size air mattress as well. Did we mention the large updated kitchen? Beaches and restaurants are a short walk away. Bikes, beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler are provided...just bring your swimsuit and suntan lotion! Guests have a designated parking space, two bikes, and a bus stop for the beach trolley is right out front. There is also a public boat ramp, a gazebo overlooking the water, and free parking for boat trailers and tow vehicles. Another small park is located just north of the complex. The beaches and waterfront restaurants are just around the corner, within easy walking distance (11 minutes according to maps on the web) We have two bikes, and bike rentals are nearby. A free beach shuttle has a stop right across the street. There is ample beach parking should you choose to drive. Nice sidewalks too if you want to take a stroll!
