Noah's House -Ark Encounter-Spacious and clean

My husband and I just recently finished remodeling this house. As soon as you walk in the door you will fall in love with the decor and get that homey feeling. Check out our other rental Williamstown's Toll House and read our amazing reviews! The house is located in Downtown Williamstown and less then 1.7 miles to the Ark Encounter. During the winter when the leafs are off the trees as with most Airbnb's In Williamstown if the wind blows a certain way you will hear a train. The space Noah's house has a very spacious living room and kitchen, plenty room for the whole family to gather and make outlasting memories. You will not find a hotel that you can fit 12 people for this price! Save time, save money, make the best memories. You will love all the extra amenities we provide! * The kitchen has all new appliances including electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator. It is equipped with all your cooking needs. Has a Keurig with coffee, tea, and hot chocolate K-cups for your morning wake up! The table can set up to 6 people. You will be delighted when you open the fridge to see ice cold coke, butter, ketchup, mustard, mayo and yogurt. The pantry usually has some popcorn, pop tarts, chips and other foods. * The living room has a 49 inch Smart TV with cable. A queen sofa bed couch,two loveseats that pull out into twin beds, stunning hard wood floors and a phone charging station. Plenty of room for the whole family! * Bedroom 1 is located on the main floor and has a amazing king bed, a closet, a 32 inch smart TV with Cable, luggage rack, and charging station for your cell phone and tablet - no need to search for an outlet! *Bedroom 2 is located on the main floor and has a 2 queen size beds, 32 Inch Smart TV with Cable, also has a charging station no more pulling and tugging furniture to find an outlet! Bedroom 3 - Is located upstairs. The steps to go upstairs are narrow and the ceiling are low in some spots. With two twin beds the kids to really enjoy having their own space! * A big back yard where the kids can round off some energy! Guest access The entire home is yours! Feel free to cook your favorite meal, sit back and relax watching your favorite Netflix show, enjoy some family time, watch the beautiful Kentucky Sunset.If you have any special request let us know and we will do our best to make sure you feel right at home. Other things to note My mom and aunt work very hard to ensure your stay feels like home. They strive to make sure everything is clean and comfortable. They go above and beyond to make your trip special. With TWO very special/ocd ladies doing the cleaning you can rest assured you will not find a cleaner place. (sorry can delete this) Unfortunately, I lost my mother very unexpectedly at the age of 61 due to a heart attack. Her love and passion was cleaning my Airbnb's, she loved the time she got to spend with me, she was always so proud of how well the houses looked, she loved making the cleaning schedule, its crazy how much pride she had in those houses. Although she is not with us here on earth I picture her saying "Ashley you missed a spot, you didn't fold that sheet right" We have so many memories in the airbnbs that I will cherish forever. With that being said you can still rest assure that we strive to keep her with her expectations. Come to Noah’s Place and experience the beautiful small town of Williamstown. Live like a local in our newly updated farm house next door to a rustic barn that is great for a photo shoot in the background. Enjoy the hum of the local train whizzing all through the town. It is not overly obtrusive and does not blare a loud horn. It simply rustles down the tracks to lull you to sleep. If you are concerned about the noise of the train, please know we want you to enjoy your stay and invite you to read our reviews or take advantage of our bedside sound machines. We also have earplugs for the extremely sensitive.
