Comes with a fully stocked kitchen with all the tools to make a great meal - stainless European appliances including dishwasher, duel-fuel gas range, microwave, with pots, pans, dishes, coffee maker, french press, and sharp knives. If you need anything else, please ask! The living room has high end leather furniture, and flat screen tv (hidden in the armoire). The bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with high-quality linens, suitcase stand and dresser for your stuff. Bedroom 2 has a day bed and night stand (please note the desk has been removed but there is a table and chair.) The bathroom has a claw foot tub with shower enclosure, perfect for relaxing after a long day trekking around the city. Bathroom has a newly tiled floor. In warmer monthly, A charming sun room provides for additional space; great for evening cocktails. Sunroom is not heated for winter use. In the backyard you'll find a lovely landscaped yard with perennials, and patio table and chairs.
