We propose to you to the rent, on the commune of Saint-Vaast-la-Hougue, this charming house of fisherman, just a step from the port, of a surface of 100 m ² and being able to accomodate until eight travelers. It is composed of a nice living room, equipped kitchen, three beautiful bedrooms, two bathrooms. Wifi, cleaning, we are waiting for you! The space On the first floor: - A beautiful and bright living room with a sitting area equipped with a double sofa bed, armchairs, a coffee table, a TV as well as a dining area with a dining table that can accommodate 6 guests. - A fully equipped kitchen: electric kettle, toaster, microwave oven, washing machine, oven, hotplates, dishwasher, tassimo coffee machine, dining table... - A shower room with a shower, a basin, a towel dryer and a hair dryer. On the second floor: - Room 1: a Queen-Size bed (160x200). - A bathroom with a shower and a basin. - Separate toilet. On the second floor: - Bedroom 2: a Queen-Size bed (160x200). - Bedroom 3: two single beds. Outside : - A sunny, enclosed courtyard furnished with outdoor furniture to enjoy a relaxing moment in the sun. The space has a right of way for the neighbor. For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: tumble dryer, cot, high chair, washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other things to note - Sheets and towels are extra for stays of less than 7 nights; sheets and towels are included for stays of 7 nights or more (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site).
