Renters must be 25 years or older with valid Government issued identification. Extra GUEST FEE: after 4 guests, $25 per person, per night. Price structure to accommodate couples, family and group of friends. During the booking process, please specify the actual number of guests that will be staying. This is important because it impacts how we prep the home (number of beds, towels and other linens) and is also a requirement of HOA. Guest access Prior to your trip, you will be provided with the "welcome package" that will contains instructions to access the condo. Other things to note This condo is 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1,120 sqft of living space. Maximum 6 guests occupancy per Osage Beach Fire Department Code. Twin floor mattress can be provided, please request with the host. No smoking inside nor outside the balcony. There are designated smoking areas outside the condo complex. Extra $100 additional cleaning fees to be collected for service fee to remove cigarette buds and waste from the balcony. Quiet hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am and there is a $100 fine for noise violations and complaints. The master bedroom bathtub has no jets. Pool opens Memorial Day weekend & closes mid-September. Hours are from 10:00am to 10:00pm. Wear pool wristbands when accessing the pool area. No Lifeguard - an adult must accompany children under age 12. HOA does not allow glass containers of any kind, and there is a $1,000 fine for violations of this rule. Use caution when using the electric grill by keeping it away from the building and railing. Display the parking card on the dashboard of your vehicle when in the parking lot. Vehicles without parking cards will be towed by Property Management. Parking is free for our guests. $30 charge for loss of each pool band and parking passes. This condo complex DOES NOT offer parking for trailers. Grand Glaize Public Beach 2 offers parking for trailers and boat launch. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-out will result in an extra charge: $60/hour, daily rate after 3 hours.
