Uber, lyft > Since we strongly value your safety and security, please be advised that we have 3 security cameras set outside of the property that only records motion. 2 cameras are located at the main entrance and the other is at the back of the property. > Please be advised that we do have a Noise Aware Device installed at the property as we do not allow parties and we strictly have a quiet hours from 10PM- 7AM. The noise device is located at the side of the living room door next to the bedroom. > Also, please be advised that we take great pride in maintaining the appearance of our homes and so we do have a weekly lawn maintenance scheduled. > Note: There is a Guesthouse at the back which is being rented separately.
