Our home is recently renovated, fresh paint, brand new beds and furniture. It features five bedrooms, one the first floor and and four on the second. Two living rooms and large large kitchen fully stocked with a 12 cup coffee maker, Keurig, four piece toaster, brand new LG oven, ice maker, microwave, fully stocked cabinets (plate ware and glass ware). There shouldn’t be anything you need, but if there is, I’ll get it for you. The 300+sqft patio has a five burner gas grill with a back up propane tank. There is a ten seat fire pit on the side of the house to enjoy the nights in Old Orchard and a large hammock to enjoy the days. There is a 55” television in the living room and each bedroom has a wall mounted 50” television, all tv’s have Roku built in. Each bedroom has a remote operated ceiling fan and large windows (all windows in the house are brand new). Three bedrooms have AC Units and there is also one in the living room downstairs. All bedrooms except one feature a queen bed and one bedroom features two twin beds. All linens are included, as well as bath and beach towels. There are two full bathrooms, one on each floor. The upstairs bathroom is a little smaller, but all the fixtures are brand new. The bathroom downstairs is very large and features a new large capacity Samsung washer and dryer. We have off street parking for 6 cars and a good size yard to spend time outside with your family and friends. 78 Union Ave is right up the road from the Beach; easy walk. And a 10-15 minute walk to the pier and downtown OOB. Very convenient location. Thank you for considering our home for your vacation in Maine.
