The exterior provides a pleasant level of privacy. The entire interior accommodation is located on the upper floor, accessible via a pair of stairs. There is a fully equipped living/dining room with A/C, satellite TV, and DVD player, and a cozy fireplace to make you feel at home both in summer and winter. The kitchen is fully equipped, followed by two bedrooms with two single beds each and two bathrooms. From the living room, you can access a large balcony with patio furniture, and from here, stairs lead to a rooftop terrace where you can enjoy the night sky. The proximity to the beach and its beautiful outdoor area make this house a perfect family getaway. Other things to note - NO CLEANING FEE!!!
