The Bungalow is a studio guesthouse located in a secluded setting in the woods that is also convenient to shopping and dining and less than 10 miles to downtown Athens and UGA. Completely detached from the main house with a private entrance and reserved parking. The space The Bungalow is a detached studio guest house located on the property of our custom home. We are located in a secluded wooded setting very close to convenient shopping, dining and downtown Athens. The Cottage offers a comfortable living room with 50 inch flat screen TV, Kitchenette with microwave, and a single burner induction cook-top as well as a full size sink and full size refrigerator and freezer. The semi-divided bedroom offers sleeping for two on a luxurious ultra-premium king sized mattress. A twin size mattress can be provided for a third guest. The attached bathroom offers a walk-in shower. A patio area offers additional outdoor seating. Reserved off-street parking space provided. We love dogs! Dogs may be allowed when requested in advance. A $45 pet fee will be charged. Dogs may not be left alone in the bungalow and must be leashed when on the property. Sorry but we do not accommodate cats. Guest access Bungalow is a free standing building at the end of a well lit path in the woods. It has it’s own designated parking spot. Other things to note The main house as well as a separate private guest suite above the garage in the main house and an additional guest house on the property are also available for rent on Air B&B. Larger groups are encouraged to consider combining rentals of 2 or 3 or 4 of our listings on the same property to accommodate their needs.
