Charming Guest Suite near Denver Colorado

This cozy BNB is located in the heart of Englewood, within minutes of downtown Denver, CO. This guest suite features a private entrance into a garden level (bright basement) apartment. There is a shared fenced-in backyard (great for dogs) and shared patio spaces. While the neighborhood is safe and low key, you are just over a 10 minute drive from downtown Denver and 1.5 hours from multiple world class ski resorts. It is also located less than 5 minutes from the South Broadway shops/restaurants! The space (please see pet policy at bottom )- (Note: One will need to use stairs to access the suite) The guest suite includes a living room, kitchenette (with two burner stove top), full refrigerator/freezer, dining area, bedroom, large closet with ski/snowboard holders, small work station, and a full bathroom with bathtub (WITH GREAT WATER PRESSURE). There is high speed Wi-Fi with a mesh router in the unit. There is a large smart TV equipped with apps like Netflix, Amazon, Hulu and YouTube. The unit has a Keurig coffee maker, games/puzzles, microwave, vacuum, iron, ironing board, suitcase holder, and all the amenities of a kitchen. There is air conditioning and central heating. The space will comfortably sleep 4 people. There is a queen bed in the main bedroom and a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. The patio behind the house and deck west of the garage are shared spaces. Please feel free to use them. The propane grill is also a shared amenity on the back patio of the house. Both the main entrance to the guest suite and fence door are always open from the inside (for your safety) and locked from the outside. Pets: We do allow dogs but please be sure to give us a heads up they’re coming when you request to book. Pets are not allowed on the bed or furniture. They must be kenneled when left alone but exceptions can be arranged. Once you have booked, a cleaning fee will be requested for $15/per night or if the stay is beyond 6 nights, a flat fee of $90. Limit 2 dogs. Dogs Only. Smoking: We understand Colorado is a great place to legally enjoy the cannabis industry however smoking mamajuana and or cigarettes' is only allowed on the deck behind the garage and NOT inside or on the patio just outside the back door. This is for the comfort of future guests as well as the cleanliness of the property in general...We greatly appreciate your understanding. Upstairs Tenants: We do live upstairs (as required by BNB laws in Englewood, CO) so there is a small amount of noise that can be heard between floors from time to time but we try and minimize that as much as possible and if it is ever disrupting, you can give me a quick text and we'll quiet up immediately.
