The dreamy back patio boasts an extraordinary screened, optionally-heated outdoor pool with a pool spa that is surrounded by a pool fence, a covered outdoor dining area for six, along with plenty of comfortable seating, and a propane BBQ for delicious smoked meals. Inside, this air-conditioned home away from home has two levels filled with comfort, conveniences, and entertainment. The main living area has an open floor plan seamlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. The open and well-appointed kitchen has all stainless steel appliances, including a French-door fridge, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher - basically, everything the group's chef could need to prepare mouth-watering meals and snacks. The island seats four and it's perfect for quick meals on the go. More formal dinners can take place at the ten-person dining table. The adjoining living area boasts an inviting sectional right in front of a smart TV with Roku. When it comes to sleeping arrangements, two bedrooms can be found on this level. Both bedrooms have TVs and en suite bathrooms. The main bedroom has access to the patio and an en suite bathroom with a soaking tub and a walk-in shower. The upper level hosts seven bedrooms, four bathrooms, and a well-appointed family room. The family room is all about entertainment with a full-size pool table, a small seating area with a round table, two large Smart TVs, and a second seating area with inviting furniture. All bedrooms have smart TVs with Roku. Enjoy access to the Windsor at Westside Resort clubhouse and amenities, including a volleyball court, a game room, and a fitness center. THINGS TO KNOW There are 11 TVs throughout the home and only seven have cable boxes. All TVs are Roku. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Vacasa approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. 3 day notification is required in order to heat the pool and pool spa. A fee of USD32 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Vacasa after booking to purchase pool and pool spa heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
