The space A perfect beach getaway From Bed to Beach – A Mediterranean Escape You’ll Never Forget This small beautiful seaside apartment is located in Torrox Costa, just steps from the beach. Private owner offers a charming one-bedroom apartment that boasts a large bay window running the full width of the room, providing breathtaking views of the Mediterranean Sea, the beach, and the coastal promenade. The windows open up, perfect for sunbathing and enjoying the stunning surroundings. Ideal for beach lovers, this apartment is located just 40 meters from the free, fine sandy beach. You can spend your days relaxing on the beach or lounging on the "tumbonas" (sunbeds) provided by the nearby chiringuitos (beachfront restaurants). The location is perfect for those who want a peaceful beach getaway without the hassle of needing a car. Shops, restaurants, cafes, banks, doctors, pharmacies, dentists, and supermarkets are all within easy reach at the foot of the residence, making it incredibly convenient for everything you might need during your stay. The apartment is self-catering, with modern amenities including free internet and fiber community optic Wi-Fi. A security deposit is required in cash before arrival, and it will be returned by bank transfer. Towels (bath and hand) are provided for your convenience, but not the beach one. Please note that in the event of a drought, the water pressure and supply cuts may be affected. No refunds will be issued for any disruptions caused by water supply restrictions. The building is accessible by vehicle, and parking is available at the door of the residence. Floor 4th, with 2 lifts. As well as free communal parking with a fence (usually full in July and August only) in front and around the property. This apartment is located in the heart of Costa del Sol, offering a perfect mix of beach relaxation and easy access to local amenities, ensuring a memorable stay for all guests. Other things to note This accommodation is managed by a private owner and not a hotel or agency. It is essential to coordinate the arrival time before booking. House rules: 1. BOOKING : - Guests are requested to inform us of their arrival time. - It is forbidden the entry of more people than those booked and a maximum of 2 people are accommodated, including babies and children, who also count as adults, with additional charges of 125€/night if this number is exceeded. 2. SERVICES INCLUDED AND SUPPLEMENTS : - The services included are: towels (only for internal use of the house, not beach towels, bring them with you), bed linen, wifi, water consumption. - Electricity consumption is included up to 8kw/h per night, if abused 0,50 euros kw/h will be charged. We will read together the electricity meter, which is in the accommodation and you can see your consumption at any time. For long winter stays the electricity consumption is not included. 3. COLLECTION OF KEYS: - Delivered personally by the owner 4. CHECK-IN / ARRIVAL: - Check-in between 16:00 and 19:00pm (Malaga airport) extendable until 20:00 if arriving by private vehicle. Outside these hours, no check-in will take place. - Identification of all occupants is requested as in hotels. - Useful information on the use of appliances and places of interest is provided. 5. DEPARTURES / CHECK-OUT : - All year round at 10:00 am, except in summer (school holidays) which is at 09:00 am. 6. SECURITY DEPOSIT : - A few days before arrival you will receive an online link to fill in with your ID / passport information, then you will have to make a bank imprint with a credit card of a refundable security deposit of 200€, which will be returned to you 3 days after your departure and finally you will have to register with the ID of your companion. 7. ADDITIONAL RULES: - Excessive noise that disturbs the neighbours, both day and night, is forbidden. As well as parties, events or stag and hen parties that disturb the neighbours (22:00pm-08:00am). - Pets and smoking are not allowed, and the accommodation is not suitable for wheelchair users due to the size of the bathroom. - For couples and business travellers only. - Use of the accommodation is limited to contracted guests and no more people than contracted are allowed. 8. CLEANING - Cleaning is at your own expense. We ask you to keep the kitchen clean (empty rubbish bins), to wash, dry and put back the crockery before leaving and to leave the bathroom and toilets in good condition.
