Direct access to the beach and the private swimming pool (facing ocean) of the residence. A grocery store is located within the residence (very convenient). The space 180x200 king size bed with new (march 2023) very high-end french-made mattress, a sofa, a table and 4 chairs for your meals on the terrace facing the sea, a spacious bathroom equipped with a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a hood, a large dishwasher, a large refrigerator, a coffee maker, and plenty of storage. A large closet is next to the bed to store your clothes. Quality folding beach chairs with umbrellas are available for you in the accommodation Guest access You will have full access to the unit. Other things to note The renovation work on the private swimming pool of the residence was completed in early February 2023. The residence's pool is the largest in Orient Bay and the only one facing the beach. Comfortable sunbeds are available on the pool deck In the residence, there is a grocery store where you can also have your breakfast with fresh croissants, pain au chocolat, etc., a pizzeria, and a laundry service. Along Mont Vernon Street, you will find good restaurants such as Sol e Luna. On Orient Bay, you will find many beach clubs and water activities. A large shopping center with a variety of shops including a System U hypermarket is less than 1 km away. Several shops (Casino supermarket, hairdresser, delicatessen, bakery, bars, restaurants...) can be found in the charming village of Orient Bay, just steps away from the beach. I would like to inform also that we sometimes experience occasional drops in water pressure in St. Martin, and unfortunately, even more rarely, water outages (and even more rarely, power outages). It can happen anywhere in the world but we have more reasons that it occurres in St Martin than in the continent for the following reasons: The island may be subject to special weather conditions, such as tropical storms, which can damage infrastructure, including the water distribution network. The topography makes the infrastructure vulnerable. Saint-Martin is a hilly island (beautiful, but it complicates the network), making maintenance and repairs to the water distribution network more challenging. The rapid population growth on the island and high demand for water during the peak season also contribute to the difficulties in the water distribution network.
